The Space:
Our updated 1-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. There is free parking at this suite and it is first come, first serve.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
You’re conveniently located near main transportation routes, allowing you to reach all of the Jacksonville excitement. Not far, is the popular Jacksonville Beach. The resort city is part of the collective community of Jacksonville Beaches and offers a wide range of things to do. Besides the gorgeous view to enjoy, there is a golf course, a famous fishing pier, and endless opportunities to be active on the water. Ther surrounding area brings together an interesting combination of history, leisure, and recreational activities. You’re also within close proximity to necessities such as shopping and ATMs.
Getting Around:
If you’re driving by car, Jacksonville’s intricate highway system makes it easy to travel from the beaches to the inland areas. If you’re looking for an easy way to get around, there are more than 30 JTA bus routes that are used to take visitors and locals throughout the area and to the beaches. The Jacksonville Amtrack station is 20 minutes out of downtown and connects a variety of different destinations of the area. Given the popularity of the area, Uber and Lyft are also available.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
