You can also enjoy watching the game or your favorite show on the outdoor TV. The pool is heated at no charge to you with solar panels and an electric heater for year round comfort at 84 degrees. Beautiful plank tile floors in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Newly tiled guest baths and new plush carpet in all the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, large bathroom with his and her sinks, soaker tub, and stand up shower. The bedrooms each have a ceiling fan as does the family room, the lanai, and the kitchen.
