Parking is available in the driveway, making it easy to come and go as you please. The apartment's prime location also means you are only 15 minutes away from the Vero Beach mall, offering a variety of shopping and dining options. Additionally, the nearby highway provides quick and easy access to explore the wider area.

It is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It is about 8 miles from the beach and grocery stores are about 5 minutes away. There is room to park in the driveway as well. This room is an extension of the house but it is completely closed off and has its own personal entrance. It is also about 15 minutes away from our Vero beach mall and the highway is nearby as well. We are just a knock away if the guest needs anything.

Quiet hours from 10 pm till 8 am, Please leave the apartment clean of any garbage and leave the refrigerator empty of any food or drinks. Also if you have pets please clean after them thank you. Pet limitations only small dogs and cats are allowed and only 1 parking spot is available on-premises.
Pet(s) live on property - 4 cats but they stay outdoors. Rarely seen.
