Our homes are professionally cleaned, meeting recommended guidelines for disinfection and cleanliness. So wherever life takes you right now, we're here to make you feel at home.

Stay right in the heart of vibrant downtown in this two-story loft that comfortably accommodates 1-6 guests in an open floor plan with walls of windows. This home offers a stylish yet economical way to enjoy all that downtown Austin has to offer.
SLEEPING: This loft has two twin-size beds on the entry-level. Upstairs, there are two private bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one with two twin-size beds.
EATING: Use the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for meal preparation or walk to some of Austin's best restaurants. There is a dining area that can be used for meetings or meals.
PETS: This loft is not pet-friendly. If you would like to bring a pet we manage other lofts in the building that are pet-friendly. Please inquire and we can help you find the right loft for you and your fur baby. Additional pet fees and requirements will apply.
PARKING: Parking passes for the attached parking garage are available for an additional fee and are sold separately. Please inquire about rates.
LOCATION: This truly is a 'car optional' property. For guests arriving from the airport, there is a bus from the airport that drops off a few blocks away from our loft. UBER, LYFT, pedicabs, and taxis are all readily available as well.

DOWNTOWN LIVING: This home is right on 6th Street so you have direct access to one of the most popular streets in the 'Live Music Capitol of the World' where there are countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you don't feel like going out, many local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores deliver to this building, including the flagship Whole Foods Market.
This is a great location and a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Austin – you can be a part of it all! While this is a super convenient location, it is definitely not quiet. The bars, restaurants, and music venues do stay open until 2 am or later. If this does not seem like the Top Fit for you, we do have other homes in quieter neighborhoods.
