Simply 1 block to the beach! This property is situated along the most sought after part of A1A Beach Boulevard in St. Augustine Beach, walkable to quite literally EVERYTHING! We cannot state enough its proximity to everything from bars and restaurants to cafes and mini golf! Reference the drone pictures in the listing photos to see location.
St. Aug Beach's top eateries - Mango Mango's, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, Jack's BBQ, The Taco Shop, Cafe 11, Sunset Grille, Salt Life and many more!
The apartment itself, Unit B, sleeps 10 comfortably in 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 set of Twin Bunks and a Full Size sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped to service 10 people and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room is a Smart TV, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.
Linens and towels are included. Some beach gear is included - beach towels, various chairs and a rolling cooler. Laundry machines are in the unit's downstairs hall closet. Small 4 seater patio table is situated on the screened in porch just off the dining room.
UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM: King bed with en suite bathroom.
UPSTAIRS 2ND BEDROOM: Queen bed.
UPSTAIRS 3RD BEDROOM: Queen bed and 1 set of Twin bunks.
DOWNSTAIRS SOFA BED: Downstairs, full size.
PARKING: There is a single car long driveway right in front of Unit B. 1-2 cars can fit there one behind the other depending on the length of the vehicles. Another car can be parked in the grass on the outside of the black wrought iron fencing along the street directly in front of Unit B.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:
Entire space of Apartment/Unit B ONLY is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Limited parking. Please be sure to abide by parking rules notated in the above section.
Please do not walk around the other sides of the building. There are private full time residents who we do not want disturbed, thank you!

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!
The Kookaburra coffee shop is just a few short blocks away, and is a local favorite.
Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
A 10 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
