First bedroom includes includes a king size bed with cable blu-ray TV and an extendable sofa bed, second bedroom comes equipped with a king size be, a walk-in closet and a picturesque view, while in the third one two single beds are located, making it perfect for children. A washing machine, a dryer, and two full bathrooms with toilet space and showers are at your disposal as well. The living room is really spacious and its modern yet cozy style is supplementing the home-like feeling when you get inside the house. It is supplied with 2 leather sofas, one of which is extendable and a cable blu-ray TV. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area, making it comfortable for the whole family or friends to gather and spend some valuable time together. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay from a modern convection oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and huge fridge to blender, coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils and cookware. And while the inside dining area is huge, there is also the outside dining area with a table for 10 in order to enjoy a nice dinner right next to the swimming pool. In addition, a BBQ (gas grill weber) is ready to use. In order to feel comfortable and have the serenity and relaxation you have dreamt of, there is the renovated heated swimming pool. The heaven-like look of the outside area is complemented by a relaxation area. For your safety and security, we have installed one security camera in the outside area above the garage door facing the street, one more on the door bell, and one on the left side of the house (when facing the house) that is facing the side yard . They will be on during your stay, not intruding your privacy in any way.
