THE PROPERTY
This comfortable second-floor condo is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Woodmere Racquet Club development. It has been completely updated with new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, new stainless appliances, both bathrooms and all fixtures updated, and all new flooring. There are a few outdoor steps to get to the condo. The kitchen has great size for making your own meals and is fully stocked. The condo offers a very relaxing space - a large dining and living room with a tv and vaulted ceilings - that opens to a lanai with enjoyable nature views. The master bedroom has king size bed, tv, and a connected bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closets, and a tv, and the second bathroom has a shower/tub. There's also a washer/dryer in the unit. Relax and recharge during your much-needed Naples escape.
LOCATION
Located along Florida's southwestern coast, Naples residents have access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the state. The condo is located in South-East Naples, near Lely Estate. It's a great location with an easy and short drive (about 15 min) to Naples Pier, 5 Avenue South shopping and dining, Naples Botanical Gardens, Tin City, Bayfront Shops, and Naples Zoo. Marco Island is only 25 min away and Clam Pass Park is about 25 min drive, featuring a gorgeous stretch of white-sand beaches, a boardwalk, and 35 acres of coastal habitat. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is about 35 min drive and Vanderbilt Beach is about 30 min away.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
