This large 2480 SF house has a fabulous open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. It offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with cabinets for
tons of storage plus 4 island chairs and dining room table with 6 comfortable sittings.
Split floor plan with bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms and half bathroom outside for the pool access. 1 Master en-suite with a King size bed and walk in closet, 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds. 1 smart tv in the living room.
All bedrooms have new mattresses with luxury bedding and a high quality linen, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding ).
Out back fully fenced backyard with a gorgeous heated pool and an expansive patio with sectional and grill.
House is safe for immunocompromised people, non toxic detergents are used for laundry and cleaning, we also do not spray any pesticides or glyphosate in our yard.
Please no "Disruptive or Unauthorized Events." We love our neighbors and I am happy that they are ok with us having an Airbnb. No street parking, Thank you.
Pool is heated during winter month to F 85.
