2 Bedroom House in Bahama Bay, Davenport
Our home is situated in the select manned gated community of Bahama Bay (which is a complex managed by Wyndham hotels) which has 4 heated outdoor community pools, Children's Splash pad water play area, its own tennis court and separate play area.
This is a perfect base for all of Central Florida's attractions as it is only minutes from the US 192 (Maingate Disney is accessible from US192).
This is a two-bedroomed single level property which sleeps up to six guests. (using the Sofa bed)
Both bedrooms have a bathroom.
The property is all on one level and so is accessible for all.
There is free WIFI throughout the complex, including the pool areas.
DVDs and books for you to access.
Outside there is a spacious patio area with seating for 6, around a full size patio table.
The outlook over the gardens to one of the outdoor pools – close enough to see, yet far enough not to be disturbed.

Baby set (cot – bring your own bedding- high chair and changing mat) available for a small weekly charge.
There are outside fixed Charcoal Barbecues available to use for free.

Living area
As you walk through the front door you can see the open plan living space, with a dining area next to the kitchen, you will be amazed by the layout and décor of this beautiful home.
The living area has a 58 Inch HD LED Smart TV connected to cable providing over 100 channels of entertainment. If this is not enough, there is a DVD player and host of DVDs in our library.
Of course you will need somewhere comfortable to sit – we have two bright settees each seating three people. (one of these being a pull out bed.
Dining area
In the dining area of the villa there is a glass topped dining table seating 6, with enough plates to ensure that dining is a wonderful experience.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan and spacious and is filled with every mod-con you could wish for.
The large American fridge/freezer has a built-in ice maker and a water filter for water based drinks that taste even better than bottled water.
The cooker has a large oven and an electric hob.
There is a large built in microwave above it. In the unlikely event that you really want to go to town with your cooking along with the normal kitchen utensils and appliances, you will find :

There are a vacuum cleaners, a mop and a sweeping brush and dust pan, for your convenience.

What makes this villa truly unique is beautiful décor throughout.
The master suite has an imposing king sized bed with wooden headboard, and matching sideboard, there are 2 bedside cabinets with lamps for bedtime reading.
The oversized en-suite, his and hers sinks with vanity lighting, a bath and a separate large shower.

The patio doors open up letting the outside area become part of this lovely house.
This patio is larger than many of the other 2 bedroom apartments on the complex, with 6 chairs and a full sizes dining table allowing six people to sit around it
Please note the fitness center and clubhouse are not open to resort guests but guests are permitted to visit and use the beach area, fishing dock at Bahama Bay and the on site Tradewinds Restaurant
