The onsite boat ramp is shared with the other two homes on the six-acre property. Additional amenities shared with them include a swing set, tetherball, private horseshoe, shuffleboard, private cornhole game set per home, and volleyball/basketball courts.
The home's open-concept living area is perfectly designed for family gatherings, with plush seating and a smart TV for comfort and entertainment. The stainless steel full kitchen is ready and equipped for home cooking. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The house has its own private dock. The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other two homes: River Watcher & Suwanee House.There are 12 kayaks for rent with paddles and lifejackets for $25 per day.Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood.
