This lovely 2-bedroom, second-floor condo, with elevator access is the perfect get-a-way for your family. Main areas are spacious with plenty of seating space. Large full kitchen has views to the great room. While there is no working oven, there is a cooktop stove and countertop air fryer available. Long dining table provides seating for larger families or groups. Lanais have wooded, water, and golf course views. Spacious laundry area has a folding counter and full-size washer and dryer. Mini bar and gas fireplace are additional pluses for this beautiful vacation get-a-way! Enjoy the beautiful Florida climate from your screened lanai or around the community pool. The community gym is nearby if you want to get some indoor exercise. This property offers a 65" Smart TV (main area) with Youtube TV (which offers 85 broadcast and cable channels). One bedroom has a 32" TV with Roku. Apps can be accessed via guest's subscription log-ins. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. 1-week minimum stay. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use. Please note: The elevator for this unit will be down for maintenance during the month of June 2024. Also, for the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays.
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All pets must be under 50 lbs housebroken, and approved in advance. For approval, please go to . Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises. Please allow 2 business days for approval.
On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
