One of only thirty-three units in the residential neighborhood, this three-story beachfront townhouse provides spectacular ocean views, immediate beach access and tightly choreographed landscaping, all adjacent to a lovely pool and pergola retreat.
Arrive in the private drive immediately in front of the unit and head inside to begin your vacation. The first level features both a master bedroom suite and a guest bedroom suite, each looking out to the ocean and each featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom, blackout window treatment, expansive closet space and large-screen smart TV. The two bedrooms share a patio for absorbing the panoramic views and rhythmic beats of the Atlantic Ocean. Just down the hall and leading to the private garage is a modern, convenient laundry alcove.
Arrival at the second level will introduce still more panoramic ocean views from within the open, airy floor plan featuring a festive bar, living room, dining room and kitchen, all of which take full advantage of the magnificent dune and ocean vistas. The living room and dining room each open to a balcony from which the salty sights and sounds of the ocean can be consumed in full measure. A quirky half-bath is also located on the second level and opens into a “secret” bunk room offering a single-over-queen bunk-bed suite ideal for smaller explorers.

In addition to parking one vehicle in the private driveway, guests may secure up to two additional parking passes for the nearby Windsong guest parking area. The garage houses a golf cart that regrettably is not available for guest use due to insurance restrictions; however, special arrangements can be made to temporarily relocate the golf cart off premises to accommodate guest parking in the garage
