The Villa Boaters Dream is perfectly suited for groups of up to 8 people who are looking for maximum space and comfort. Well-maintained gardens grace the exterior, while the interior amazes with spacious rooms, friendly colors and high-quality wooden furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms, two of which feature king and queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV and direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed big enough for 4 guests. Here, you will also find a couch and a desk. In total, the villa has 2 bathrooms.
From their bedrooms, guests will reach the large, open living area – a perfect place to gather round and socialize. Here, you can relax on leather sofas, watch TV and prepare meals: The kitchen is located right next to the living area and offers all amenities you need: including oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker, as well as enough cutlery and dishes for the family. Right next to the kitchen, there is a dining table. Barbecues are no problem, either, thanks to a high-quality grill outside.
Another highlight is the heatable pool, where you can swim at any weather. You simply want to unwind? Then, hop into the villa's spa or soak up the rays on a sunbed. In addition, a second dining table is located in the roofed section of the lanai – allowing you to enjoy your meals with a top view of Cape Coral's canal.
As its name suggests, the Villa Boaters Dream is perfect for boaters – not only due to the sheltered boat dock with lift. Only 0,6 miles separate you from the Gulf of Mexico, so you can quickly reach attractions like Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island or Fort Myers Beach.
For motorists, the location leaves nothing to be desired, either. In only 5 minutes, you can drive to the Coralwood Shopping Center with its numerous stores. Situated 0.6 miles to the north are the supermarkets Publix and Walmart. Families can enjoy a trip to Sunsplash Family Waterpark or Gator Mike's Fun Park. Both are only a 15-minute drive away. Or do you want to explore Florida's mangroves on a walk? No problem – the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
