This property is just a short walk to the white sand beach and is just across the street from the neighborhood walkway to the back bay. This street is in a great location as it's a quiet residential street not far from the Publix grocery store. Perfect for snowbirds! This home is also dog-friendly, so you can bring that furry friend with you!
The home features a lot of windows and white shiplap walls, making the home filled with sunlight. The kitchen has been updated and includes all major appliances. The laundry is located on ground level below the home. There is also an outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off after returning from the beach!
Property is located in a quiet zone neighborhood, just steps to a neighborhood beach access point with a gazebo as well as a private fishing pier on the back bay that offers a large tiki so you can relax in the shade.
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
