The bedroom #1 comes with a King suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. The bedroom #2 is a King bed with a TV with a modern black and beige decoration. The Bedroom #3 comes with two twin beds and an amazing pink decorations. The Bedroom #4 comes with a Lego decoration bunk bed. Located in a prime location in the Davenport area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (7 minutes). Laundry facilities are included Free WI-FI We are within walking distance to a lake where you can fish. Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74 degrees. There are surveillance cameras outside of the property. No street parking there will be a violation fine from HOA. The minimum age required is 18. Office hours from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. BBQ grill is an additional fees. Pool heat is not available . NO landline phone is provided
