We would love to host you in our beautiful 2,130 sq. ft. home, which has been newly painted, inside and out, and includes many upgrades and new furnishings.
From Rosepoint Villa you can walk or bike to Tarpon Point/Westin Marina Village for amazing waterfront dining, shops, and boat rentals, or to Rotary Park to enjoy the beautiful views from the walking path or observation tower. We include 2 adult bikes and there's a bike path directly in front of the house. Enjoy our relaxing pool which has a shallow underwater ledge for lounging and a brand new electric heater. The pool area has been newly screened, and the lanai includes an outdoor dining table and cozy conversation area - there's even a fenced dog run with doggie door directly off the lanai. There are 4 large glass-sliding doors to optimize indoor-outdoor living and fill the home with natural light. Our home boasts a formal living room and dining room with cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, AND very large family room with a huge 70'' Smart TV and comfortable sitting areas. The master shower and guest bath tub have been newly tiled. Make yourself at home in our stunning new kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and high quality appliances.
The closest beach is approximately 5 miles away, but if you drive a little further you can experience some of the best beaches in the U.S. at Ft. Myers beach (15 miles) or Sanibel Island (23 miles). We provide 2 beach chairs, an sun umbrella, a cooler bag, and beach towels.
Our home is dog friendly* with an additional pet fee of $10/night (max of $250/pet). We have a fenced dog run and are 1 mile from Rotary Park where there are walking trails and a dog park (registration required).*Refer to Terms and Conditions / Pet Addendum below for additional details. Why Kids Love It:
Kids love our pool that has a shallow underwater shelf and a 6ft deep section. We provide a few pool floats and an air pump for extra fun! Parents will enjoy the comfortable lanai seating area in the shade, or sunning on the pool deck. There are games in the dining hutch and kids books (and a few toys) in the twin bedroom. We provide a pack n play and high chair as well!. There's plenty of room to spread out in our 2130sq home!
Our location is great! Only 1 mile to Rotary Park (playground, walking trails, observation tower, butterfly house, dog park) or 1.5 miles to Tarpon Point (waterfront dining, shops, marina, ice cream shop!).
