You will know you picked the right condo the moment you walk in and see the view. We take pride in our little piece of paradise and provide the best care to it and only rent it a few months a year. We keep everything as new as possible including newer carpet, paint, flooring, windows and furniture along with all the kitchen amenities you need to feel right at home. Elevator takes you straight to the 2nd floor and our condo and there paradise living begins.
Located right off of University Blvd just a few miles to Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, SRQ airport and UTC mall. Fine dining is at your fingertips. You will LOVE the proximity of our condo to some great local spots. Enjoy amenities like assigned parking, 2 pools, and a fitness room. Palm Aire Country Club short term memberships are available for a fee by contacting the Country Club directly.
With a beautiful interior and gorgeous views of the water and golf course from the living room, lanai and primary bedroom, guests will surely feel right at home here. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place as well. HOA requires a background check w/fee and must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Keyless entry for convenience and flexible upon arrival. Three TVs including a 70 inch in the living room and wifi along with a work/desk area for anyone working remotely.
