The inside of the home has 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept kitchen and living area. There's also an extra private sleeping area with its own bathroom so the house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. With soaring vaulted ceilings and doors that open to the outside decks, it feels super spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel right at home!
As wonderful as the inside is, the outside of the home is where you will want to be! The huge covered deck space is mostly shaded and has a full living area, hammock and dining table. Grill right on the deck with a beautiful view of the clean, clear canal! Downstairs you’ll find a large outdoor shower, ping-pong table and an in-ground swimming pool overlooking the canal. There’s plenty of dock space for your boat! The canal system can accommodate larger boats with deep, wide canals and a quick ride out to open water. You can hop in one of the kayaks to explore the water or take a bike ride around the community.
