Beautiful condo on the 2nd floor facing one of the 2 ponds at Mirror Lake community. Large master bedroom, one guest bedroom each with it's one full bathroom. Wood laminate floors through the whole unit. 15 minutes drive to the most beautiful beaches on the Golf of Mexico. Walking distance to IMG Academy. Enjoy a heated Pool/Spa with Cabana complete with table and chairs for relaxing in the shade,Tennis Courts, PickleBall, Shuffleboard, free Wifi. A key combination will be provided to access the unit. Each renter will be required to fill out an application for HOA.
