A master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and king-size bed, another room - also with a double bed of this size and one with two single beds, each with its own bathroom. The terrace with heated pool invites you to relax, unwind and enjoy an evening barbecue. 11.5% tax (5% tourist tax and 6.5% sales tax) must be added to the rental price and the final cleaning. These will be invoiced directly by the landlord 4 weeks before arrival together with the deposit and must be paid in advance; the deposit will be refunded after departure of the guests (after handing over the villa in proper condition).
