Outside, you'll find an expansive, private living space, with a partially enclosed, shady lanai - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Take a dip in your sparkling pool, then dry off in the sun on one of the waterfront chaises or seek shade under a palapa.
Inside, you'll find lots of natural light thanks to a southern exposure. The luxurious open-plan space, encompassing 2,400 square feet, features new furnishings, flooring, paint, and fixtures. The sleek kitchen features a full set of stainless steel appliances and plenty of gleaming granite countertops, and everyone can dine together at the adjacent table, grab a barstool at the kitchen island, or step outside to the lanai and dine alfresco. After a day on the water, return home to relax in the living room or family room. Three streaming-cable TVs and free WiFi await to entertain you, but you'll probably want to head back outside to the pool. Grab a frosty beverage and prepare for a beautiful sunset.
