My wife and I both work together on cleaning the house for 3 hours after each guest leaves. We do our best to wash and clean everything in the house. Not only are the sheets and towels washed, but we regulary wash comforters as well. It is beautifully decorated and equipped for your comfort. This is your home- away- from -home. A place you'll want to come back to. Located on a short, quiet and safe street with a neighborhood park. Very little through traffic. The backyard is designed for entertaining and includes a 5 person hot tub, Webber gas barbecue, water feature, dining set plus ample additional lawn chairs.The home is 2450 sq' with wood floors, plantation shutters, open design with large great room, living room, kitchen & dining area. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the three guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo with two sinks.The media center in the great room has a 60' high definition smart TV. Air-conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking, storing golf clubs and such.
