We are centrally located 10 minutes from Tampa Bay Ray's Spring Training Stadium in one direction, and 10 minutes from the Atlanta Braves Spring Training Stadium in the other direction!
This place has everything you need to enjoy your Florida vacation. It is super private with a wood fence & bamboo on both sides. There is plenty of room for adults and kids to
have their own space. Multiple seating areas in the pool area, along the side of the house, and a fire pit area too.
The kitchen has just been fully redone! Quartz center island with waterfall on both sides. The Cafe' stainless range has two ovens and convection.
The terrazzo floors have been completely polished and they are beautiful. The entire interior of the house has recently been professionally painted.

If you like to sit on a dock and watch manatees, catch Redfish / Snook / Mangrove Snapper / etc, then you will love this location. During the 'cold' months, you can hear the manatees breathing while you are laying in bed. The sun and moon rise right over the canal and it is magical.
