Located at the end of the hallway are the two guest bedrooms, one with another king bed and the other with a full bed and office/desk space. There is a shared bath just across the hall from both rooms. Outside, along with the grilling area, is a sitting area, pool and loungers for relaxing by the water. Bringing your boats isn’t a problem, as this house has 50’ of dockage and comes outfitted with a 15,000 lb boat lift, fish cleaning station and commercial size ice maker to keep your dinner or cocktails cold for those long days on the water. Follow the canal that opens right up to the Atlantic Ocean or take a short boat ride to Channel 5 bridge to access the Bay.
Long Key is conveniently positioned between Islamorada and Marathon, making it a breeze to explore either direction. Islamorada is approximately 12 miles north while Marathon is approximately 20 miles south. The island of Long Key offers a post office, gas station, and one restaurant; The Florida Boy Bar and Grill.
Long Key State Park is just a hop, skip, and a jump away and is historically a favorite tourist spot. The park now serves as a tranquil haven for bird-watching, swimming, kayaking, hiking, picnicking, flats fishing, snorkeling or relaxing on the shoreline as you gaze across the Atlantic Ocean.

If the booking is made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be due at the time of booking, and TENANT shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid in the event of cancellation. As an exception to the foregoing, TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid if COASTAL re-rents the property for the same amount and for the full rental period. If the property is re-rented for fewer days or at a lower rate, COASTAL may deduct from the refund the difference between the total amount due under TENANT’s original reservation (including all taxes and fees) and the amount received from the subsequent rental.
