Our vacation home is a 3-bedroom home with an open floorplan, new furnishings, and decor inside and outside. The home is set-up for outdoor living with separate lounge /tv and dining areas, an outdoor kitchen, and a private pool and spa under lanai. There is even a separate bathroom for the pool area. The property backs onto green space providing a private setting that is hard to get in a golf course community. The community features a growing list of amenities including a resort pool, fitness centre, tennis and pickleball courts, and an outdoor bar and grill. The clubhouse in currently under construction. Heritage Landing is a gated community, the golf course is arguably the best in the area and kept in immaculate condition. Rental includes a golf membership for the whole family.
The property is 15 minutes from downtown Punta Gorda and the Punta Gorda airport. Fort Myers and Punta Gorda beaches are about an hour away.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost and pets may be allowed at the owners discretion.
