Home has been completely remodeled Generac back up generator, Impact Windows, newer appliances including washer and dryer, hot water heater, new vinyl plank flooring, metal roof, pool heater, all new pavers and new screened extend lanai with the panoramic clear view screen and a fenced in back yard. Whole house water filtration system, new boat dock with water, lighting and electricity and a fish cleaning station with a 10,000 pound boat lift.
