The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the house is centrally located making the beach, main street, sailfish marina, the promenade and inlet easily accessible on foot or bike. Imagine starting your morning with a stroll along the palm tree lined streets through town which ends along the boardwalk on the infamous palm beach inlet.
