In the heart of Johns Creek so close to everything but yet suprisingly private. Feel safe in this gated community while you enjoy the pool and tennis courts. Community has a pocket park with basketball right outside the community. Walking distance to Kroger, restaurants, and shopping, and some high end restaurants.

Bedroom 4 = currently set up as workout/yoga room but you may request to set as office or additional bedroom. It is large enought to accomodate a queen bed. Has regular closet (shares hall bathroom)
House is Alexa equipped to turn on and off most lights with simpley speaking command. Full kitchen has beautiful new quartz counters and is equipped with many extras including crock pot, instapot, Ninja blender, coffee maker, toaster, and more.
Currently we do not allow pets but we are animal lovers so if your fur baby is well behaved just talk to us. No cats

Four bedroom home with 2 car garage. Three bedrooms have king beds and fourth bedroom is set as workout/yoga room but could be used as office or other bedroom (just request). Rent includes monthly cleaning and all utilities.
