There are several places nearby to rent boats, paddleboards, and bicycles. I have/ several kayaks which are free to use.
Golf cart rental is also available.
Visit downtown New Port Richey, home to several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Check out Sims Park for festivals and concerts. Try Tropical Breeze Casino.
Barbeques are available. Pick from a smoke, gas, or charcoal grill.
Extremely clean, well-behaved pups are welcome with an additional 25 fee.
Buy cheap hot dogs to feed the birdie (Rudy). He's the one in the pictures.
The City charges a 5% vacation rental fee. Payable at check-in
This bungalow is decorated in pastel colors so you'll feel like you are in the Keys.
Private bungalow on the Cotee River. Private dock. Boat and bicycle rental close. .5 miles to several tiki bars which you can get to by foot, boat, kayak, or car. 1 mile to downtown New Port Richey.

*make sure your car does not leak fluids before you park on my driveway. If you leak, bring cardboard or something to put under your car. I will charge if I have to clean my driveway.

*take all trash out. Trash is located on the south side of the house.
*put wet towels and linens in shower or in black trash bag provided under the kitchen sink

*Ensure to remove all personals from room
*Please make sure to turn off Ac unit if you will not be in the room for a long period of time. My electricity bill is outrageous!
*if you spill something on any upholstered or carpeted area notify Amy immediately to keep area from staining. If staining occurs and I'm not notified a fee will apply
*if moving the patio chairs please be careful not to puncture the deck floor. *keep them on the mat. Puncturing the floor will cause it to leak into my downstairs patio.
*Please let me know if anything needs to be fixed
*park only in designated spot. There is a sign outside designating parking for each room.
If any of the following listed above is not done there will be a cleaning fee of depending on the circumstance.
