The game room is designed with tropical decor and features an 8-panel slider that opens to the pool area and backyard, which includes a dock with a sling boat lift. Guests can easily launch kayaks or boats from the backyard, providing quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and nearby islands.
The home is furnished with high-quality design furniture and includes a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances such as a convection oven, gas cooktop, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system.
