No more than 10 total guests at once if this is not followed you will have to leave and will not receive a refund.
One camera on the front door another in the backyard corner covering most of the backyard area both are exterior and recording 24/7. Usually don’t get looked at unless there’s an incident. Tampering with cameras is grounds for immediate removal of property.
Multiple Technicians come by to ensure the home is well maintained for guests, they do not need access to the interior of the home but must have access to exterior.
