The Space:
There’s 1 king master bedroom with private en suite with walk-in shower and double vanity, One queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 1 bunk and Full beds and a twin XL trundle that shares another full bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The pool is kept heated year-round at 85°. The patio has seating for up to eight. To the left of the dining area outside will be a 6 person Jacuzzi with estimated delivery beginning of February 2022.

Free parking on premises. Can accomodate up to 6 cars. Getting around is by car.
Other Things to Note:
No parking on grass. Pet waste must be picked up.
Pool is serviced twice weekly if there’s debris in the pool in between services there is a net located on the side of the house. In rare instances where the temperature may be in the 40-60’s range, The weather conditions in these temperatures may not be ideal for optimal pool heating. It may take several hours and it may not get up to temperatures above 100 during conditions such as this, as the pool heater pulls warmth from the air and re-circulates it into the pool.
Please use caution when walking up and down both the front and back walkways, it may be slippery when wet.
