Conveniently located just outside West Palm beach just 10 minutes from the admired Northwood Village and 15 minutes to the thriving Downtown scene (City place, Downtown, Worth Avenue, & the Brightline Station to name a few).
Our home is 100% self-checkin, so we require guests to complete a digital rental agreement and check-in form 48 hours after booking and before check in time, whichever is sooner"
You will be provided with a unique code to access your vacation home. This code will be valid during the entirety of your stay. Self check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from theseoccurences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weatherconditions.

Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, and raccoons. While they're rare, we're required to inform you about the possibility of encountering them. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us on Airbnb for quick action.
