Excellent staging area for scallop season snorkeling or great fishing all year round. Your boat can be launched at public boat ramp at MacRae’s or others. Ample space for parking your boat or trailer on the area ahead of driveway west of house.
Enjoy a drink on the decking or patio while watching the fish jump in the adjoining waterway. Take advantage of the waterway and all it offers. Enjoy the quiet, relaxed seclusion of this waterfront property. It is only five minutes direct boat access to the clear Homosassa River and twenty minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. The house is a 5-minute boat ride to The Freezer (2 min. by car), and about 8 min by boat to MacRae’s boat ramp or Crump's Landing.
