Make lasting memories in this warm and inviting 1-bedroom condo with amazing views. Beautiful laminate wood floors throughout. Full kitchen with all essentials including blender, crock pot, and instant pot to cook for family and friends. Step out onto your private lagoon-side balcony with views of water, preserve and one of Laterra’s beautiful 3-tiered fountains. And wake up and enjoy the water view from your bed, as well. Take time to relax and refresh in the Laterra pool located right next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. Washer and dryer in condo. Sleeper sofa serves as a 2nd bed for accommodating 3rd and 4th overnight guests. This unit offers a 50" TV with Roku (no cable) in the main area. Youtube TV and Paramount Plus are included apps. Bedroom has a 32" TV with Roku (no included apps). Guests use their subscriptions to log into additional streaming apps. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. While this second-floor unit has elevator access and a safety bar in the shower, it is not ADA compliant.
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to . Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.
Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.
Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.
