Everything has recently been updated in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home located just a short walk from the beach. The beach access sidewalk for this neighborhood located directly across Estero Blvd at Bayland Rd. You can bring your pet too as dogs are allowed on the beach as long as they are controlled on a leash.
There’s a Publix grocery store a block away, with a marina and 2 great restaurants located beyond the grocery store on the back bay. You can also take a short drive, or a trolley ride to Time Square for more restaurants, shops, and activities.
The master bedroom and first guest bedroom both have queen size beds, while the third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle, giving you 2 twin beds. We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There are folding beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach wagon to make your trips to the beach easier, and more enjoyable.
The super-sized lanai (sun room) connects the home to the pool area, providing you with a second living room. It’s equipped with extra seating and a smart TV to watch a movie, your favorite show, or a big game. There’s also a dining table with 6 chairs, and a bar with 2 bar stools – giving you a great place to relax and enjoy a meal out in the fresh air.
Soak up some sun while you lounge around in the screen enclosed pool area. The salt water, heated pool has a shallow part, about 3 ft deep, on the end with the steps. And it goes to approximately 7 ft deep on the other end of the pool. Refreshing fun for all ages!
This unit is pet-friendly, with a 2 pet limit. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
