Home has a master bedroom, king size bedroom set with walk in closet and full bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed, closet ,and is themed for children . Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and closet. Bedroom 4 has an office desk, and space for a twin bed to be laid for additional sleeping . The extra mattress is under the bunk bed as a pull-out. The 2nd bathroom splits bedroom 3 and 4. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open concept and large there is a full kitchen with dinnerware and cooking supplies. Washer and dryer are in the laundry room. This house is fully furnished and includes towels and linens. The back yard is prefect for pets and there's a doggy door so your pets can go out as needed. The garage is off limits as it's used for storage. There is a large playground and swimming pool within 1/4 mile and a lap pool 3/4 miles away with another playground you'll have access to both of those as well as a small workout facility . HEB groceries is under 2 miles away and there's easy access to highway 211, 1604 and highway 90. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are extremely friendly !
