Welcome to our Cozy Coastal Farmhouse! A great family vacation home two blocks from Sarasota Bay and a few minutes from the best beaches in the country: Siesta Key, Lido Key, Bradenton Beach, and Ana Maria Beach.
This newly remodeled home is perfect for families as it comfortably sleeps 12 and is located in a peaceful, quiet, and family neighborhood. The home features a private screened area with a heated pool, a spacious kitchen, living room, dining area, and many more amenities.
This wonderful family-friendly vacation home has 2,200 square feet of luxurious open living PLUS a huge backyard, a heated pool, a patio, a spacious kitchen with a beautiful island, and three full bathrooms. This home was recently updated with a coastal farmhouse style and it features quartz countertops, a double sink, gorgeous cabinetry, quartz island, and new flooring throughout. Itβs located in the historic Whitfield neighborhood in Sarasota, two blocks from the ocean -you can see the ocean from the street corner- and itβs 5 minutes from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport.

β ATTENTION: β We truly want you to enjoy your vacation at our place. Itβs a beautiful place in a great location. However, I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else), any excess cars or guests. We allow 4 cars maximum (No street or yard parking and no trailers). Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. Everyone in the booking must be 28+ unless accompanied by parents and send ID upon booking. 8 adults maximum. We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property. Must observe QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM.

We have a fully stocked kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a beautiful island with three chairs. We supply dinnerware plus kid-friendly dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crockpot, air fryer, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, flex brew coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer).
GRILLING:
A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Please feel free to use the remaining fuel in the propane tank. The tank can be exchanged (as needed) by guests for about $20 at any local hardware store.
GAME ROOM:
Besides all the kid's games we provide, we also offer a spacious room with a ping pong table and foosball table so everyone can have fun as a family.
Option to heat pool ($30 per day). Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
