The space
The newly remodeled (for 2022) Sandpiper Cottage is convenient to everything you love about the Sarasota area! Its location is ideal, just 10 minutes to Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota and The Marina. Just 20 minutes to SRQ Airport and 15 minutes to Lido Beach, St. Armands Circle, and Long Boat Key. Best of all, it’s super close to all your favorite restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
LIVING SPACES
It’s been a long day, fun-filled day at the beach, out on the boat, or even out on the town, enjoying all the nearby shopping and dining options. Now it’s time to sit down and relax. There’s nowhere better than the stylish leather sectional sofa in the living room. Ready to catch an episode of the latest bingeable show? You’ll be spoiled forever after watching this 75” TV!
Maybe you’re more in the mood for a little quiet - perhaps to check on your socials, make a call, or even take a nap. Head to the sunroom, with an extra-wide sofa, perfect for stretching out and overlooking the pool and the tropical foliage in the privacy-fenced rear yard.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Feeling the call of a culinary adventure? There’s no place better to heed it than this gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll be preparing meals in grand style here, with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator and glass top stove, plus granite countertops with a spacious center island seating 2.
Be sure to gather the family together so they can properly appreciate your efforts! That’s an easy task with the dining table for 6 adjacent to the kitchen and flooded in natural light thanks to the sliding glass door leading to your private backyard.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
The primary suite offers a king-size, dual nightstands and lamps, and a TV. For those who need to check in with the office, this suite also features a remote-work setup, complete with a desk and chair.
Two additional guest rooms each have king beds, while the last guest room offers two double beds. These three bedrooms share the hall bath with a tub/shower.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
What could be better than soaking up the Florida sun in your own private backyard? Well, maybe adding a heated saltwater swimming pool to the mix! You’ll love having your own mini-resort in the backyard, complete with lounging and dining space, and a gas grill. Be sure to enjoy at least a couple of meals alfresco. If you’re looking for a more active day, hop on one of the provided bicycles and explore the neighborhood.

No smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties or events.
Please note the pool is uncovered (no screen or lanai) and therefore leaves and debris will fall into the pool from time to time. We have a weekly pool service to help clean and manage.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
