Palmflower House is a true island retreat amongst mature tropical foliage with a great feeling of privacy with a boat dock and just 200 yards to the beach. Our ground floor home features nautical decor with wood floors throughout and over 4000 total sq ft of living space. Our home is designed for entertaining, offering expansive, open and casual living and dining as well as a great room complete with wet bar which flows through french doors out to a large deck overlooking a free-form pool and spa. Our home will accommodate up to 10 people. Two spacious masters with en-suite baths, one of which has its own private entrance (not accessible via main part of house). The main master suite has a king bed with the second master bedroom featuring a private entrance and a queen bed. The additional guest bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds. The additional "teenager" suite is located on the second level by the pool area and is equipped with a queen bed. If you have or would like to rent a boat for your stay, our home has a shared dock (Iift not available for guest use). Beach access couldn't get much easier as there is a private path directly across from our driveway. We offer plenty of beach equipment and towels for our guests use. You may also rent a street legal golf cart to easily get to the shops and restaurants in the Captiva Village area.
