Villa Details
This delightful five bedroom villa has something for everyone, regardless of energy levels, so that the whole family can have their dream Florida holiday! For those who have plenty of energy to burn, there is a well-equipped games room where you can play pool, table football and basketball! There is also a north and west-facing pool deck which has no overlooking neighbours and views of conservation to the rear. The villa is on Ridgewood Lakes, a peaceful community along the US27 in Davenport. Here you can enjoy the golf course which is considered one of the ten best in Florida! If golf isn’t your thing, then relax around the lakes as you try some bass fishing. Younger ones have a play area where they can let off some steam! There is also a communal pool and clubhouse where you could meet other holidaymakers. Once you have had enough on-site fun, head out into Orlando! The Disney parks and SeaWorld can all be reached in under 25 minutes by car, with a slightly longer drive needed to get to Universal Studios, via the I-4 to the north. Further north lies the US192 which hosts a huge selection of shops, bars and restaurants which are popular with tourists leaving the parks.
Living Accommodation - The first of the two lounges is at the front of the villa and contains sofa seating for five guests around patio doors to the pool deck. Moving through to the rear of the property gets you to the second lounge. Here you will find sofa seating for six people around a 75" flat screen TV and another set of patio doors to the pool deck. The open-plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and a breakfast bar for four guests overlooks the rear lounge. Just opposite the kitchen is a dining area for four people, the main dining area, near the front door, has a table and chairs for eight.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed, doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and windows overlooking the front garden. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are near each other off the kitchen. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed, with Bedroom 4 containing Twin beds and windows overlooking the pool. Bedroom 5, near Bedroom 2, also contains Twin beds. For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.
Outdoor Living - The north and west-facing pool deck benefits from having no overlooking neighbours and views of conservation to the rear. There is also a table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal together out in the Florida sun at the end of your busy day in Orlando!
