5 Bedroom House in Camdenton
Lake front home with dock off Hwy 5 (between Camdenton and Laurie) near the Niangua Bridge (Lake Rd 5-73) . This is a large family vacation home that is available for weekly rentals to fun, respectful and laid back vacationers.
MAIN FLOOR:
The upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & 1 single), fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes, basic cook ware, etc... if you need something special, ask and we'll let you know if it’s there... our Mom cooks down there all the time so we may just have what you need so you don't have to pack it for your trip.).
One full bathroom with shower/bath. Living room, dining room all open to kitchen which is great for hanging out with the whole crew after a relaxing day on the water. The family room has a sectional couch, flat screen TV with cable and stereo system that can connect to your phone. Dining room has an oval dining table with 6 chairs.
BASEMENT:
Basement has 2 additional bedrooms (both queen beds) and a full bathroom (large stand up shower) and another large living area with sofa. There is also an additional queen & double bed in the large living area as seen in the pictures.
In addition, there is a washer and dryer and extra fridge/freezer for extra food/beverages in a utility area.
OUTSIDE:
A large deck extends the full width of the house for an amazing view of the main channel and some pretty spectacular sunsets. Deck includes a gas grill (you are responsible for tank), patio set (table/chairs) and swing. This is where our family enjoys breakfast, dinner and a few Bud Lights while George Strait and Johnny Cash play in the background.
The stereo has speakers run outside to enjoy some music while relaxing on the deck. (please be considerate of our neighbors, they are all very cool ... we just ask that you're respectful.)
There is a patio down stairs as well with a porch swing if the kids are playing in the yard or down on the dock. Its where our Mom and Dad like to hang out watching the grand kids play.
DOCK:
The dock is about 5 years old and in excellent condition. Large area for laying out and swimming in the cove. We are tucked back in a cove and most of the time the water is pretty calm. Both covered slips will be occupied (boats not included in rental of home) however, you can tie up on the side of the dock safe and secure.
If you have a boat and need a boat ramp, we do have deeded access to a boat ramp 50 yards from the home (included in rental). Just let us know when you book your week. (you'll speak with either Kim or Steve prior to your vacation to make sure you have everything you need).

Our family has been going down to the Lake of the Ozarks since 1979 and have owned this home since 1999 so we can also provide any 'inside info' you need to make your trip fantastic. Just ask and we'd be glad to help any way we can.
Overall, the lake house is not fancy, however, it is well maintained, clean and has been where our family has vacationed for the past almost 20 years. We've tried to show as much as possible via the pictures but would be happy to provide more info if you feel this could be a place you and your family would enjoy a relaxing vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks.

P.S. This is not a business for us. We are just renting out a few times each year so other families can enjoy and to off-set the expenses.
