With the exception of the garage, the guest will have access to the entire property.
As there are some pool and smart home controls to understand, the homeowner or property manager will provide a in-person overview upon arrival. This is a great opportunity for a concierge interaction - we will be happy to give you the lay of the land and provide recommendations on all aspects of your stay.
Pool is heated to 85F, spa can be set to 105F.
As we are in a hub location between Cape Coral Parkway and Pelican Boulevard, traffic can be heard outside during commuting hours.
The fire-pits in the outdoor area are not operational, however the globes can be lit.
There is a generator on-site in case a power outage.
