The only colonial/Victorian type home in this area which makes this listing very unique indeed. However, the big wrap-around front porch keeps its southern charm indigenous of the area.
Single family home on a private 1 acre of land. The house is located in "Winter Beach"- an awesome neighborhood! Extremely safe, clean, and quiet. Conveniently located directly between Vero Beach, and Sebastian.
Stay here in our nice quiet beach town, beat the "hustle & bustle," of Orlando while still a short drive to enjoy all they have to offer! Remember , there is NO BEACH in Orlando.
