Pool Information:
The pool is heated to a designated temperature and available year-round. The pool/spa is cleaned every Monday or Wednesday and there are no in-between cleanings. The service tech lets themselves into the pool area so make sure the screen door stays unlocked. The pool is on a timer, please do not alter any settings. The pool lights are programmed for one hour at night during turtle season. If heat is not purchased, the pool spa is just a soaking tub and doesn't provide bubbles. THE SPA IS NOT LIKE A HOT TUB and does not heat up like a hot tub. It warms to the same temp as the pool and spill over into the pool. The pool filter system runs when the pool pump is circulating water, which is normally 8-10 hours during the day and will shut off when water level is low. There is a hose by the pool, if staying for long periods of time please keep an eye on the water level, please fill if water is lower the half way up the skimmer, and never leave the hose unattended. **The cameras in the pool area are NOT operable or active**
Pool/Spa Heat:
The pool/spa can be heated UPON REQUEST! This is done manually from the control panel/thermostat located on the south wall of the family room by the window treatment. The Pool Spa will turn off automatically after 2 hours. The spa will only heat if requested and heating fees must be paid prior to arrival. The maximum water temperature is 100F. The pool can be heated during the winter months for a FEE UPON REQUEST. The pool temperature for the entire year is controlled. Please see monthly set temps below. Pool heating can be increased over the temperatures stated below for a cost of $175 per degree with a minimum of a 1 week price charged. IF you would like the temperatures increased, the cost is $175 per degree/per week. (Example- to heat the pool to 86 degrees in Dec - $175 for the week plus each additional degree will be a charge of $175.00 - the cost of pool heat will be $1575.00 for that 1 week) The pool thermostat is not to be adjusted by guests under any circumstance. Any adjustments made to the pool thermostat temperature are subject to additional fees incurred due to the increased fuel usage.

If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you've purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines (see
