Located in the Vanderbilt Surf Colony neighborhood of north Naples, this complex is highly desired due it's proximity to the beach, it's affordability and being very pedestrian friendly. You can easily walk to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park which is right out the back of this building and down the path. The Turtle Club, La Playa Resort and The Ritz Carlton are all high end hotels with beach front dining and bars that are an easy walk from the front door.
The Space:
This seasonal rental condo has a Queen bed in the main bedroom along with an attached en suite bathroom. The main bedroom suite also has it's own private lanai which looks north towards Barefoot Beach and beyond. This is the ultimate way to go to bed and wake up in the morning!
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, each with twin beds so this is great bedroom for your young family members. Guests have 2 dining options in the condo, in the formal dining nook located right off of the kitchen that seats 6 or the more informal round table that seats four that looks out onto the lanai that part of the family room. There is a laundry closet in the condo with both a full sized washer and dryer and the condo comes with one assigned parking space as well as guest parking for your over nights guests.
Vanderbilt Surf Colony has a gorgeous heated pool that is located right off of the lobby and it is located right next to the bay which gives amazing views of the building and the bay. It has a nice, covered seating area as well as lots of lounge chairs poolside to soak up lots of sun! Enjoy scenic views throughout the neighborhood and the tennis, pickleball and bocce courts and the community pool are all available for your use during your stay!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional HOA application fee that is NOT included with this booking and is paid SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received. The unit is accessed from the common elevator located in the lobby of the building and that will get you up to the first floor. The building has a lobby that is locked, Mike Z Rentals will get you a key to enter the building and unit. This complex is also behind a non guarded gate. Only fully paid reservations with previous HOA approval will be allowed to enter.
