Welcome to 8057 Estero Boulevard, your own private three-bedroom, two-bath, vacation paradise home with a private heated pool in a quiet neighborhood at the south end of Fort Myers Beach directly across the street from the beach. The deeded neighborhood beach access is just across the boulevard and offers seven miles of white sugar sand beach. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 25-30 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 20-30 minute drive. If you wish to leave the car behind, a short walk takes you to a trolley stop along Estero Boulevard that runs north to the Times Square area with its myriad of boutiques and restaurants, and then runs south to the Lovers Key state park and its pristine beaches. In addition, Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the Big Carlos Pass bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurant is appropriately named because while dining you will most likely see dolphins passing by on their trek to and from the Gulf. It then flows into the formal dining room which seats six in both comfort and style.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, plenty of closet and dresser space, in-room TV and opens to the screened in lanai. There is a full en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom also has a king-size bed. The second guest bedroom has two bunk beds with trundles. There is a full guest bathroom in the adjoining hallway.
