The Terrace 3 invites to a great Island vacation! This beautiful, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse style condo sleeps up to four. Traveling couple will enjoy the two queen beds. This resort is located on the west side of Gulf Drive, so there are no busy streets to cross on the short walk to the beach. After a day at the beach relax at the condo's large, heated pool in the tropical back area that is only shared with six units in total.
This townhouse has a total of three private outside areas. There is a balcony off the guest bedroom and another one off the living room. Both face East so you can catch a sunrise. Park your car in the garage. If you don't feel like driving at all you are covered. The stop for the free trolley is just steps away. Walk to the close restaurants and shops, bike along small side streets. Discover the Island at your leisure!

Enjoy the lushly landscaped grounds by the 24 ft by 16 ft shared community pool and the adjacent outdoor dining area. Cook out by the pool on the large gas grill that is provided for all to share.
There is one covered parking space assigned to the unit in the garage along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
