Dolphin Bay Cottage is traditionally rented by Canadians or folks from the cold winter states! The Cottage is located one block from the Key Largo Bay. There are two bedrooms, one and a half indoor baths a private outdoor hot and cold shower, a waterfall, electric gate to parking area, wifi, 65inch ultra HD TV and fantastic artist's decor. Dining room, living room, full kitchen and luxurious tropical landscaping. Lush backyard with privacy fence allows for all over tan. There is much more. A large jacuzzi is available by reservation, as is professional massage. Owners live next door and have 2 extremely friendly dogs. Guest's dog welcome only if friendly and approved by owners.
Our renters have been from Toronto. They rented for our preferred winter rental of 90 days for 6years. 2024 saw a couple with 2 cute dogs from Colorado. Last year Toronto again for the minmum 2 month stay. The Cottage is within one mile walking distance of 5 bars and 5 restaurants, including world famous Caribbean Club and Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill! Rowell's County park open to the public with huge swimming area a short walk. Used bikes provided free during your stay. We can take you on a kayak tour around the bay.
