You'll have everything you need and more with an outdoor pool that is open seasonally, a hot tub that is available 24/7, a BBQ outdoors, and multiple sitting rooms, one room that converts into a conference room, and games for the whole family.
This spacious home has a full, well-stocked kitchen. With a breakfast bar that seats 2. A dining room with a table that seats 8. Sitting room 1, off the kitchen has a fireplace and is perfect for creating all those great in-person memories of sharing stories and heartfelt laughter. Sitting room 2 has a 50" TV and some soft furnishings but can quickly be converted into a conference room complete with a white board (tables in storage, ask for more details, if you intend to utilize these).
Bedroom 4 is handicap accessible and has an attached bathroom. This room has a double bed, light filtering shades, and a safe. Bedroom 1-3 are located upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and loveseat with an attached bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 have blackout curtains. Bedroom 3 contains a crib, rocking chair, and light filtering shades. There are extra pillows and a smoke detector in each of these bedrooms. Bedroom 5 is downstairs and contains 2 double beds. Each bedroom has a sound machine and a lockable door.
Each bathroom is outfitted with all the essentials plus shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There are mirrors with good lighting, night lights, and cleaning products. All bathrooms have lockable doors. The bathroom attached to bedroom 4 is handicap accessible. There is also a half bath.
Down the stairs, you'll find a game room complete with a pool table and a variety of table games, and a 55" smart TV. There is a couch in this area that can be converted to a bed for extra sleeping quarters.

You'll want a car, but there is things to do within reasonable walking distance as this home is in town. There is space for 5 cars.
No overnight parking of RVs, campers, or trailers.

Trash is picked up every Friday, please do not park in front of the garbage roller so they can access it.
We have two portable handicap ramps that can be used for access through the back entrance. However, it will be a two step process. The wheelchair would need to come inside the house and the door closed. Then a ramp placed to navigate the one step from the back room into the main first floor. That ramp will block the back entrance door when it is in place.
The house is equipped with a complete water treatment system including a de-chlorinator, softener and RO for drinking water.
Trash is picked up on Fridays, please make sure to not park in front of the dumpster. Thank you!
